Timeliness

If we don't complete your return within 20 days after we receive all information, you will receive a $25.00 refund.

Accuracy

We guarantee no mistakes, or we will fix it free. And if you are charged any penalties due to our errors, we will pay it. (We don't pay interest).

Accessible

Our office is open 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday all year. During the tax season, we are also open evenings and weekends by appointment.

Computerized

We use state-of-the-art computer software, and we laser-print your returns. You won't receive hard-to-read dot-matrix returns from us.

Convenient

Located on Preston Road just south of West Park Boulevard in One Preston Park South. We are in the twin high-rise building nearest Preston Road.
